How to update locally

Hi,

we want to update our Grafana Test-Server from 5…0.1 to latest version 5.1.3. As we our test-server has no internet access we have to “upgrade” manually. Shall we just do a fresh install with “yum localinstall” after saving the /etc/grafana/grafana.ini file ?

yes, that will work fine.

Make sure you backup your DB too (if you are using SQLite).
