How to set threshold for Singlestat panel for values like x/y both of which are numbers (eg :2/14)?

I am able to display two values on my Singlestat panel in a way x/y which are numbers. (eg. 2/14)
And now i want to set my thresholds for my data.
I know how the threshold works but i am not getting how they are working in this case.

For reference i’ll provide you with some cases:
Declared Green-Orange-Red for the range
Declared Value 2/14 results are,

0,1 : Orange
0,2 : Orange
0,10 : Orange
-1,0 : Red
-1,1 : Orange
0.2,1 : Green

Kindly help me with this Issue.
