When alert is in normal state, will it send email notification or not?

Hi! Grafana does not send alerts unless:

  1. The alert is firing (normal → firing)
  2. The alert is resolved (firing → normal)

If the alert is in normal, and it remains normal, Grafana will not send notifications.
