How to customize ICM Title generated via Grafana Alerts

How to customize ICM Title generated via Grafana Alerts instead of Alert Name used as ICM title by default ?

I did follow below steps but not working.

1. Created Label in alert rule
   

   

2. Created Notification Template for Title :
   

   

3. Included Template Title in Contact Point
