How to change the grafana title in the tab site ( version : 7.4.3)

I am trying to change the title of Grafana to something else, I have followed these two attached guides, but the title changes for a second when loading, then back to the “… - Grafana”
I have made changes in the files: index.htm, app.xxxxx.js and app.xxxxx.js.map.
