How to access Internet from Grafana?

Hi All,
We are trying to enable OIDC via Azure AD for our Grafana, which is running in an internal environment that has no access to Internet (Azure AD is setup on Internet), may I know where I could configure Grafana to add a proxy so that it can access resources external?

Well, I think I found a way for this:
Adding the proxy info to an env file and load it up with Grafana systemd file.
