How can we change the name of the fake folder which is automatically created while Loki is pushing logs to S3?

fake is the default tenant ID when authentication is disabled, and it cannot be changed.

Please see Multi-tenancy | Grafana Loki documentation for instructions on how to enable authentication and set the tenant ID you would like.

Is it possible to change the tenant ID from fake?
I would like to keep existing logs and indexes and move to multitenancy setup.

If you can go for multi tenant model of implementation then you can change rest it is default name.

i did not understand from the documentation, can someone please tell me how to chnage the saving directory
