How can i use @grafana/ui in CRA?

Is @grafana/ui designed for only using grafana?

I want to use this library in my project (Create React App)

Reproduce

$ npx create-react-app my-app
$ cd my-app && yarn add @grafana/ui

import logo from './logo.svg';
import './App.css';
import {Alert} from '@grafana/ui'

function App() {
  return (
    <Label description="Option description">Option name</Label>
  );
}

export default App;

$ yarn start

Error message here
