How can I make our Teams alert cleaner and remove all the extra stuff that is automatically added?

Hello,

I’ve set up alerts to Teams on our on premise Grafana. I get the Teams alert like below, but how can I customise it?

I really only want it to show what I have in green and remove what’s in red. Please advise.

Hi @g0nz0uk, we recently updated the documentation and examples for implementing custom notification templates.

You can copy this example and edit it to use only the alert properties that you need. Then, follow the instructions to select the new template for your contact point.
