Heatmap with date and hour

  • What Grafana version and what operating system are you using?
    Grafana v11.0.1 on macOS Sonoma 14.6.1

  • What are you trying to achieve?
    To create an hourly heatmap.

  • How are you trying to achieve it?
    Using Grafana’s built-in Heatmap visualization.

  • What happened?
    I don’t see the hours displayed on the Y-axis. I see the metrics instead.

  • What did you expect to happen?
    The days along the X-axis and the hours along the Y-axis, the buckets filled with colors depending on the metrics.

  • Can you copy/paste the configuration(s) that you are having problems with?
