Having one environment variable set values off multiple other variables

Hi,

I am trying to make a monitoring dashboard in grafana (v7.3.7). I would like to only make one dashboard for different environments, development, acceptance and production. For this I need different subscriptions in Azure monitoring. I have this all set up but I always first need to select my Subscription, and then my workspace. (Dev and Acc are behind the same subscription so thats why). Also for monitoring off the cache I have another ResourceName-variable etc. So a lot off variables for only 3 different options.

Now my question is; is it possible to only have one variable (like dev, acc, prod) and that one sets all my other variables to the values of that environment?
