I have this table which I would like to try and replace the string “Dream Machine …” so its just a number that is left in the cell.
I was viewing the thread How to Rename Values in Grafana Using Regex-Based Value Mapping but that dosn’t seem to have any effect here. Is there any way to go about this?
There was a bug in some versions of Grafana on which regex did not work properly.
I think it did not work on 9.3 but got solved on 9.4 and above.
I am running Grafana v9.5.5.
Do you (or anyone else) have a few screenshots that shows the text replacement working in a table?
No, but I recently used regex to color code in value mappings option on a table panel.
I don’t know if it helps. this works on Grafana 9.4.7 and didn’t work on 9.3
