Grafana Panel Header length

I have a few filters in my dashboard. Let’s consider Venue and City are my filters. I have a tabular panel and the name of the panel header is $Venue_$city. If I select multiple venues and multiple cities, the name of the table panel header will be more. If the number of characters of the panel header is more than 207, I am not able to download the panel as a CSV file.

Could anyone help?

One more question, can we display the description of the panel in the downloaded CSV or excel file.
