Grafana panel can't load labels from loki datasource

I am using LOKI in production environment and everything is working fine. But after my holiday, when I login to grafana and click on select labels (loki datasource is fine), why does it keep spinning and loading, how should I troubleshoot this issue

  1. Have you tried using Loki API to get labels? Does it return results?
  2. Perhaps check connectivity between Grafana and Loki, if Loki is functioning properly.
