Grafana Graphs for Prometheus

I am new to Prometheus + Grafana. There are lot of exporters out there which exports metrics to Prometheus.

I know that we can plot Grafana graphs using PromQL, using data exported to Prometheus.

I wanted to know if there are some OOB Grafana graphs for the exporter https://prometheus.io/docs/instrumenting/exporters/

This might be lame to ask, but I want to re-use the existing graphs for existing exporters. Is it documented somewhere which graph maps to which exporters.

If I understood correctly, you want to take already created dashboard for Prometheus and use it for your metrics?

BTW, you have to set data sources in grafana.
