Grafana Data-source error

Hi,
I am trying to add prometheus data-source but while adding it shows some error as
Unknown error during query transaction. Please check JS console logs.
I tried deleting and adding again data source but it didn’t worked.

As it says in the error check your browser console to see the actual error.

F12 or something
