Grafana v11.1.2 & OS RHEL8x.
We are trying to send alerts to ServiceNow ITOM via Webhook
The issue is that the payload contains fields called “StartsAt” which includes time of the event fired and also includes the -4:00 at the end.
Due to this, we see 4 hours differences in the ServiceNow event table when compare to “time of the event” and “created” fields.
I need to how to pass or change the time zone to UTC so the alert fired includes the time in the UTC format not as per system.

Please try resolving this issue by editing the grafana.ini configuration file.
default_timezone = Asia/Kolkata
Replace Asia/Kolkata with the appropriate timezone for your location (e.g., America/New_York, Europe/London, etc.).

No, I want to send event with UTC. Updating a specific timezone adds - / + into the time which lead to a problem.
