Grafana added Azure data source error

There is an error when grafana adds Azure Monitor data source, showing Unexpected token ‘u’, “unexpected”… is not valid JSON, but I confirmed that the IDs are correct, and connecting to the api shows RESPONSE 401 Unauthorized. Is there any help here?

I confirmed that the Azure subscription has permissions

Whats version of Grafana did you use and did you use correct steps of configure connection datasource to Azure account?
