I’m trying to find a way to download dashboards as PDF and found this link

But my Share options does not give PDF option, only json.
Is there a way to actually export a dashboard/graphs as PDF?

This list is for support on the Community edition of Grafana.
The link you posted above is for the Enterprise edition; hence the difference.
You can export panels (but not, as far as I know, entire dashboards) as PNG,
and it’s easy enough to convert those into PDF; maybe that helps you?
To get a link for a panel as a PNG, click on the panel title and select
‘share’, then right-click on the “Direct link rendered image” and copy the
URL.
That URL can then be used to capture a PNG from a script etc.
