Is there a way to enable the OTLP ingestion endpoint in Grafana Cloud already?
As explained in https://grafana.com/docs/loki/next/send-data/otel/, we must set allow_structured_metadata to true.
But I do not see a visual representation of that setting in Grafana Cloud Loki data source… or is it not yet available?
