I have a brand new grafana 4.6.2 install and there is no option for embedding charts.
Was that functionality removed?
I should also note I don’t see anything in the config about enabling/disabling it but maybe I missed it.

Click on a panel title and there you should find a Share option. In the following dialog you have a tab Embed.
Please let me know if this works
