Drag To Arrange Panels In 2 or 4 Rows

Just installed Grafana on Ubuntu and working on adding machines to it.

The thing is that the panels in each dashbaord is lined up in a single row and that is not good as it requires too much scrolling to get info on 1 machine.

Is there a way to drag to arrange these?

Or is there a way to ensure that these rows are displayed in 2 or 3 rows?
