Do Grafana Alert Support declare(or iac) way

What i want to do
once K8S Cluster is bring along with Promethues + Grafana
also with the alert rules and notify destination , group defined etc…

For now i am able to do that by using using Promethues + Alertmanager
however i seems dont see the guide/doc from Grafana showing us to setup via Grafana Alert

From what I know, declarative way is not possible as of now with Grafana alerting.

Also, I can see that there’s a feature request to provision rules via terraform in progress : [Feature Request] Support Alerts as separate resource · Issue #57 · grafana/terraform-provider-grafana · GitHub
