Discussion Silencing the Alerts in Grafana

Hi Team,

I am working on Silence alerts creation in Grafana, presently once the silence alerts expired, it will auto disappearing after 5 days.

can some one help me whether can we get the below features in silence

  1. Can we keep the expired silences for longer periods? Currently, they are deleted after 5 days from expiry.
  2. Can we send an email when a silence is created.
  3. Can we make labels and values non-case sensitive and is it possible to get labels as dropdown items?
