Hi, new_value_for_timestamp means that for within the same timestamp that you’re ingesting metrics which have already been ingested. Instead of looking for causes of scrape interval under one min you should be looking for cause of duplicate scrape jobs which would send same metrics multiple times which causes new-value-for-timestamp discards. This can also impact DPM.
