We´re on Grafana open-source v. 9.2.3.
The docs says there are no html functionality when designing the alert message template. The alternative is to hack the default template on the server itself. Instead I want to get the best out of our working message template.
The thing is that my received alert output(email) looks messy and does not separate each panel alert text per line - and that I want. In html we know of paragraphs and line breaks, but how in Go Template? Lastly, what options do I have if I want the rule name/title text on email being more highligthed (like bold, bigger size, or another colour) that stands out from rest of the alert text below?
