We are sending email alerts from Grafana Cloud via the preconfigured smtprelay:2525
smarthost, using alerts@subdomain.grafana.net
as the from address. We are experiencing the issue, that the mails are being flagged by our company’s SPAM filter, due to the envelope from and mail from header being different from each other, the latter being set to a default value under the amazonses.com
domain.
Is it possible, either via some form of configuration change on our end, or via contacting support, to align both addresses to a common value?
