Custom MAIL FROM domain


We are sending email alerts from Grafana Cloud via the preconfigured smtprelay:2525 smarthost, using as the from address. We are experiencing the issue, that the mails are being flagged by our company’s SPAM filter, due to the envelope from and mail from header being different from each other, the latter being set to a default value under the domain.

Is it possible, either via some form of configuration change on our end, or via contacting support, to align both addresses to a common value?

You are not able to modify the grafana.ini configuration settings for custom SMTP settings however the Support team may be able to accommodate this. Please open a support ticket from your account portal to discuss this with them.
