Critical Access Issue: "Error loading Grafana" on Cloud Instance

What happened? When attempting to access my Grafana Cloud instance via my personalized URL, the application fails to initialize. Instead of the login page or dashboard, I am presented with a white screen and the error message: “Error loading Grafana”.

What did you expect to happen? I expected the Grafana login page or my default home dashboard to load successfully as it usually does.

Did this work before? Yes, it was working perfectly until recently.

How do we reproduce it?

  1. Open a web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, or Edge).

  2. Navigate to the URL

  3. Wait for the application to load.

  4. The screen displays the “Error loading Grafana” message immediately.

Is the bug inside a dashboard panel? No, this is a platform-level loading error. I am unable to reach any dashboards or the side navigation menu.

Additional Information: I have already tried clearing my browser cache and cookies, and I have tested the link in an Incognito/Private window, but the error persists across different browsers.
