Create Access Policy button missing

I created a new grafana cloud account and I am trying to sign my first plug-in. Unfortunately, the button to create an access policy is missing under access-policies on my global account level. It merely says “There are no access policies yet.” but no way to create one.

Any ideas?

Thanks for your reply! But it does not help, because the button “Create Access Policy” is missing. This seems to be a bug on the Grafana web site, or an unintended limitation of my account.

I need to create an access policy on the account level, not within a stack.

Now the button magically appeared. Maybe accounts have to be at least 24 hours old, or the bug has been fixed today.
