Regarding your question, this can be achievable by using Transformation and in this particular case “Filter data by name” as explained in the documentation.

Well, I guess that will have to do till the bug is fixed.
I will just mention that I am not having the same problem with SQL Server i.e. The date range tool in the top right corner of the dashboard isn’t working…
