Change world map panel tooltip background/font color

Is there any way to change world map panel tooltip background/font color.
using the light theme, it is barely visible as seen below.

Dear @heric,

we integrated the change from [1] within our fork [2] the other day. With this, the popup should display well in dark and light mode.
