Bar chart percentage issue

i have a problem with bar chart percentage visualization. it shows percent values for block under value, but i need to show values inside block(you can see it on the screen, values are “staying on” the blocks of barchart), how can i do it

I believe that could be achieved using Business Charts plugin.
