Hi Everyone,
-
What Grafana version and what operating system are you using?
Grafana v9.0.2, Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS -
What are you trying to achieve?
View dashboards on an old Android v4.4.2 tablet -
How are you trying to achieve it?
Using Chrome v81 or the inbuilt browser to view a dashboard. -
What happened?
Get the following error:
If you're seeing this Grafana has failed to load its application files
1. This could be caused by your reverse proxy settings.
2. If you host grafana under subpath make sure your grafana.ini root_url setting includes subpath. If not using a reverse proxy make sure to set serve_from_sub_path to true.
3. If you have a local dev build make sure you build frontend using: yarn start, yarn start:hot, or yarn build
4. Sometimes restarting grafana-server can help
5. Check if you are using a non-supported browser. For more information, refer to the list of supported browsers.
-
What did you expect to happen?
The dashboard to load. -
Can you copy/paste the configuration(s) that you are having problems with?
Not sure what this means. -
Did you receive any errors in the Grafana UI or in related logs? If so, please tell us exactly what they were.
See above. -
Did you follow any online instructions? If so, what is the URL?
"Your browser is not fully supported, please try newer version" · Issue #40790 · grafana/grafana · GitHub
I realise that the tablet is very out of date, so old that it is no longer accepting updates to the latest version of Chrome.
Unfortunately I can’t afford to upgrade it yet. Is there a way to enable access for unsupported browsers to Grafana without downgrading Grafana?
Thanks
