How to set alerts for CPU,Memory and Disk usage is more than 90% ,in grafana. what is the query … kindly help me with this

What is your datasource? If Prometheus, have you explored this site , where the Grafana staff basically built everything under the sun to show how easy it is to pair Prometheus with Grafana?

I have already configured prometheus and dashboard , i want to set an alert kindly let me know what is the query for CPU,diskusage and memory .
