When an alert is fired, and when using the webhook notification channel, Notifications include for people, however only two people can receive alerting notification, Grafana v9.2.6. Anyone knows what happens?

Did you mean four (4) people?

Regardless, can you share a screenshot of your Webhook contact point settings page? Should look like the example below. When you click test, does it work?
