Alerting Tab not showing on a dashboard from the grafana dashboard page

Hello community,

I am trying to set up some alerts on a dashboard that I imported from the grafana dashboards page. The tab is not there. Am I missing something? I do have admin permissions and I am able to edit it. Just as per the tutorials that I just read, a alert tab is missing (attaching picture of my edit panel) Any help will be highly appreciated as I have been working on this for days and days without a clear answer on how to add that tab that is missing

Hi,

Only the graph panel supports alerting, in the picture the widget is a table panel so it doesn’t work.

is there a way to get that data in to a graph panel to make it alert? or how can we create alerts based on those resources?
