Alert notifications stopped working this week

I have an alert configured in Grafana Cloud. The alert itself works fine, I can see statuses like Firing, Pending, and Normal.
However, notifications stopped working this week.

I’ve tried configuring two contact points, Email and Telegram, both using the default policy and by setting them directly in alert configuration. Test messages from the contact point configuration page work fine, but real alerts don’t send any notifications.

On the Contact points page, I see “No delivery attempts” for both contact points.
How can I restore alerts sending?

Same for me - all of a sudden it just stopped wroking?

I raised a support ticket but no answer yet - it all of a sudden stopped working, is this a problem on grafana side? If so when is the fix eta?

I didn’t change any settings, and alerts started coming in again on October 11. Everything is working now.
