Alert notification Mute timings are not working (Alert notification still fires)

Hello,

I am trying to Mute alert notifications for a time interval, but it seems it’s not working, since the alerts are still firing.

I have set up Notification Policies, that use Mute timings and then routed the alert to notify via the notification policy. The routing works, since I clicked Preview and the routing confirms it uses my policy.

So why does grafana ignore my policy and mute timings?

I am going to attach some sreenshots with these details. Please help if you know the reason, THANK YOU!

Mute timings only suppress the notifications. Alert are evaluated and routed to specific policies.
