Alert notification back to AWS Cloudwatch

HI Everyone,

We have one requirement, i want to push “red” or “critical” items within my Grafana dashboards to AWS CloudWatch.

As of now i can’t see any of the AWS notifiers present. So how can I achieve this requirement
