Confirm Grafana Server Connectivity
Try this on your Hetzner server:
curl https://grafana.com/api/plugins
If Grafana UI or CLI (grafana-cli plugins install) cannot fetch the plugin, use manual installation:

Unzip it into the Grafana plugins directory (usually /var/lib/grafana/plugins/).
