View Granfana dashboard on Jenkins

What’s the best way to view my Grafana dashboard on Jenkins?

Jenkins has this plugin -> https://wiki.jenkins.io/display/JENKINS/Embed+Grafana+Graph

but I can’t install it via Manage Jenkins - Go to plugin manager.
It is not getting listed as an available plugin.

Can I install it using Gradle?
