User role is changing automatically

Hi all,

I have a user in my grafana. His role is changing from edit to view automatically within some days. What do i have to do to make it permanent. Any help will be much appreciated.

Are you using ldap auth?

Yes! We integrated with LDAP

if you LDAP the the role given by tbe LDAP group to org role mapping defined in grafana server config file ldap.toml will be used every time a user logs in.

The is currently no way to disable this ldap group -> grafana role mapping on login.
