Thank you for the hint. I am using my users (2 admins and 1 standard) All 3 user fields (name, email, username) are filled in. Identical on both servers.

With latest Grafana=v10.3.1 (OSS) I cannot reproduce this an more. Clearly, this is the standard solution after reboot or things like that. But it helped in my case. Thank you!

Turns out it works with 9.0.1 when I switch off PGSERVICEFILE,
