Upgraded 4.6 to 5.0.0-1 in place and now some templates not working

A couple of weeks ago, I upgraded my dev grafana instance from 4.6.x to 5.0.0-1.
I just noticed that not all the template variables are working properly for graphs with Prometheus data source.
Some are working and some not. I tried various things like editing and saving but it didn’t work.

Did anyone else face this problem and how to fix it ?

Ok, I found the problem, with templating.
It had nothing to do with the upgrade. There was an issue with labels changing in prometheus.
