The problem:
Sometimes the UI Interface simply vanishes, like seen in the image. This happens with every kind of panel. It usually helps to go back to the dashboard and edit the panel again. Sometimes this has to be repeated several times. Sometimes the ui vanished when scrolling down and dropdown list.

Firefox 60.8.0esr (32-Bit) and 60.7.2esr (64-Bit)
With Chrome Version 75.0.3770.90 (Official Build) (64-bit) I couldn’t reproduce the error so far.
Thx, the error appeared in IE.
It works in Chrome (I had to deactivate all extensions because of " ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID")
It does, but that’s not a fix, but merely a work around. Can’t forbid my users to use Firefox, that’s just not a viable option for me. Problem seems to persist for a while now though.
BTW. Edge seems to work fine aswell, but that was to be expected since it’s chromium aswell
