I have this timeseries that would show a problem if it would change suddenly. To see that it changes the user has to be able to compare it to historical values. It is not clear yet how much history is needed. It might be just seconds but it might be hours or days. Since we don’t know what problems will occur we don’t know what the optimal timescale would be.
One option would be to show the value at different time scales by simply making multiple graphs. But I realized that it would be possible to merge those graphs if the timeseries had the possibility to show a logarithmic X-axis. Is there such a possibility? I have not been able to find it.
