Stack trace on HTML panels

I’m getting the following console output in a HTML panel (code here):

My panel is pretty basic (just testing a single drop down with styling), but for some reason it’s complaining about a tooltip on the General tab. Any ideas?

Screenshot of failing tooltip:
39 PM

I’ve tested this on a new HTML panel with a more basic example:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">
  <head>
  </head>
  <body>
    <div class="container">
      <div class='input-field col s3'>
      </div>
    </div>
  </body>
</html>

And I receive the same stacktrace when clicking the General tab.

Invalid html - should use double quotes.
