I have a dashboard that reads out MySQL from Labtech and created an Alert dashboard.
I have configured the colours to change when alerts are read out (green / orange / red).
Is there a way to play a sound when alerts occurs???

No but if you configure a slack or email notification you should be able to get a sound when you get either of those.
But there is an open feature request for this:
