Show actual values on bars using a Time Series graph

I’m using Grafana 8.3.4 with MySQL database

Currently i’m working on Timeseries graph which contains the Actual Cycle time (bar graph), Target Cycle Time(line graph) and Achievement Rate (line graph) shown in daily basis.

We are able to create one, the only thing left to do is how to show the labels/values per day without the need to hover the mouse pointer over it.

My 2nd plan is to use the Multistat graph since it is able to show the value per bar, but I need a line graph as well.

Did you get the solution. I am looking to add the values to the Bar in Ver 9.1.0 with Target Line (line graph).
Please suggest
