Repliacs of compactor when deploy with helm

In Loki docs, I noticed that there are two place mentioned that the compactor should only run one instance:

  1. Single Store (boltdb-shipper) | Grafana Labs
  2. Retention | Grafana Labs

But in Loki helm charts like loki-simple-scalable, we can change replicas of “read components” which contains the target “compactor”. My Question is if I change the replicas of “read” more than 1, will it cause problem like data loss?
